Hi i just wanted to say thank you so much for your workouts, i have quite a few health concerns, including fibromyalgia and arthritis, i want to lose weight and just feel fitter, the other workouts out there no matter how "easy" they say they are, they are so painful to try, and you feel more depressed when you cant do it. this is not the case with yours, thank you for pushing me that little bit to exercise without me overdoing it or being flat on the floor in pain. i wish you all the best, and thank you again 🙂
