  1. I think your flows are great but I wish you had a bit of music in the background. Something calming just to help concentrate and focus. Maybe that’s just me but I think it would add to your flows 🙂 keep up the good work!

I rebound & do alot of streching ,but ive been wanting to incorperate Yoga,This is amazing & im so happy i saw this video just now,hehe,im deff a beginner ,i like to start things off slowly ,well auctually i dont do that lol i jump right in but i want to do yoga cause its so good for the mind,keeping it focused! 😁🤗💞☮
